Terms and Conditions – Rolex Game Pakistan Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rolex Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Rolex Game ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern all aspects of your use of the Rolex Game website and mobile application, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, participation in Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo, Promotions, the VIP programme and any other services offered.

By registering an account or using any part of the Rolex Game platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Rolex Game.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Rolex Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Rolex Game is strictly for adults. Underage registration is prohibited and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner or family member of a Rolex Game employee in a position that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an account on Rolex Game closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You are using your own payment methods — accounts registered in your name — for all deposits and withdrawals.

Rolex Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include submission of a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3. Your Account

3.1 One Account per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on Rolex Game at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether to gain additional bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is a serious violation of these Terms. Rolex Game uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any additional accounts found will be closed and all balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment account details. Providing false information — including a fake age, false name or someone else's JazzCash or Easypaisa number — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Rolex Game will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any message claiming to be from Rolex Game that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. Rolex Game is not liable for any losses resulting from you sharing your own login credentials, regardless of the circumstances.

3.4 Account Balance

Your Rolex Game balance exists in PKR within the platform. Balances are not transferable to another player's account and carry no cash value outside of the withdrawal process described in Section 5. The platform is not a bank and account balances do not earn interest.

4. Deposits

Rolex Game accepts deposits in PKR through the following supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Rolex Game account — are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Rolex Game balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Rolex Game does not charge platform-side deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly for their fee schedules.
• Rolex Game reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it appears to be connected to fraudulent activity, a disputed charge, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Rolex Game are processed in PKR. Your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your first deposit — this is a security requirement to prevent fraud. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed to any verified payment method associated with your account.

5.1 Processing Times

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Raast: Near-instant to your bank account once processed on our side.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. This does not apply to separately deposited real-money funds that have no attached wagering requirements.
• Rolex Game does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that arrives in your wallet or account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending review if unusual activity is detected on your account. Support will notify you if your withdrawal is under review and provide an expected resolution timeframe.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and vary by payment method.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Rolex Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are not immediately withdrawable. They carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated on each promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated on each promotion. It is the player's responsibility to check and track their bonus expiry.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Rolex Game actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated play between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, and any other activity that exploits promotional offers in a manner not intended. If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

6.4 Rolex Game's Right to Modify Promotions

Rolex Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed by players prior to the change taking effect.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on Rolex Game. Specific rules for individual sports — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20, Football and Esports — are published within the sports section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a specific Cash Out feature is available and the option is offered at the time.
• Rolex Game reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined, or if the odds were published in error due to a technical fault.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, settlement rules depend on the specific sport and market. Details are available in the sports rules section of the platform.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the relevant markets. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding these limits may be partially accepted or declined.
• Rolex Game reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market for any player at our discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after event results are confirmed by official sources.

8. VIP Programme

The Rolex Game VIP Programme rewards consistent real-money play with tiered benefits. Players progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers based on accumulated loyalty points earned from qualifying wagers.

• Only real-money wagers qualify for VIP point accumulation. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not count towards VIP progress.
• VIP points used for tier advancement are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts.
• Benefits at each tier — including withdrawal limits, bonus rates and support priority — are published on the VIP page and are subject to change with advance notice.
• Rolex Game reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earning rates and tier benefits. Existing tier status is honoured for the current period at the time of any change.
• VIP status may be reviewed and adjusted downward if a player's activity level falls below the maintenance threshold for their current tier. Maintenance requirements are stated on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be applied to another account or transferred in any form.

9. Player Conduct

Rolex Game expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not permitted by these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other players.
• Using the platform to facilitate any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Sharing or publishing account credentials, bonus codes or platform content in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape data from or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of Rolex Game.

Rolex Game monitors platform activity and cooperation with third-party fraud detection services. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by Rolex Game

Rolex Game may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• A player violates any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a deposit made by the player.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual.
• Identity verification documents submitted are found to be false or manipulated.

In cases of suspension due to investigation, any balance on the account will be held pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

10.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Rolex Game account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rolex Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

• Rolex Game is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime during an active betting session, provided reasonable steps are taken to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits or opportunity resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Rolex Game is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays, fees or outages — these are governed by your agreement with that provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, etc.).
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

Rolex Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

Key points: your data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you by contacting support.

13. Responsible Gaming

Rolex Game is committed to supporting players in managing their gaming activity in a healthy and sustainable way. We provide the following tools, available directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, these are enforced by the platform.
• Session Limits: Limit the amount of time you spend on the platform per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period if you feel you need a longer break from gaming.

Gaming is entertainment. It should be funded from money you can comfortably afford to spend on entertainment — never from money set aside for essential expenses like rent, food, school fees or bills. 14. Changes to These Terms

Rolex Game may update or amend these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published.

Continuing to use Rolex Game after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
